Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth - Shiitake Mushroom

SIPPING BROTH
available
Bone broth is one of the most paleo things you can consume! For thousands of years, our ancestors made full use of the animal (after eating the organs and the meat) by tossing the bones, cartilage/connective tissues, marrow, and the rest into a broth which simmers for many hours on low heat. The result is simply the most nutrient-dense beverage you can drink. For starters, properly-made bone broth is absolutely chock full of collagen, which is well known for its restorative ability for your skin, gut, and brain tissues - among many other things. (Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body.) What a lot of people may not know is that bone broth is also very high in glycine - an important amino acid to consume if you consume a lot of lean cuts of meat (guilty!), which can lead to having too much methionine in your diet (often cited as a reason to avoid red meat). Glycine counteracts the impact of high methionine - keeping your liver in shape and regulating inflammation. Long story short - regularly drinking a high-quality bone broth allows you to replicate the huge nutritional benefits of nose-to-tail eating, which is especially important if you eat a lot of meat. Naturally, we use only bones and marrow from pasture-fed animals, which is then simmered for 10+ hours before skimming off the solids. Our beef & shiitake mushroom flavor combines the nutrient density of the broth, made from grass-fed and grass-finished beef bones, with the time-tested immune and cognitive benefits of shiitake mushrooms (not to mention their unique flavor, which rounds out the beef broth flavor very nicely!).Ingredients: Grass-fed and finished bones (marrow, rib), beef tongue, onion, carrot, daikon, shitake mushroom, leekKeep refrigerated after thawing. We suggest heating up in a pot on low heat or in a microwave safe mug on a medium or high setting for 30-60 seconds.

Turmeric has been shown to be anti-inflammatory (moderating insulin sensitivity) as well as a range of other promising applications including against Alzheimers and several types of cancers. Ginger is sometimes used as a nootropic and for other applications like counteracting nausea. The turmeric and the ginger together add a depth of flavor to this broth which make it one of the best-tasting, healthy hot beverages you can sip!Ingredients:Water, pasture-raised chicken bones, onion, carrot, daikon, spring onion, ginger, red turmericKeep refrigerated after thawing. We suggest heating up in a pot on low heat or in a microwave safe mug on a medium or high setting for 30-60 seconds.

Paleo Chicken Soup

Home Made
available
We at Paleo HQ realized recently that we didn’t have a strong, real food chicken soup in our lineup to turn to when life just calls for a simple, well-executed chicken soup - but you don’t want to turn to a canned product stuffed full of preservatives that’s been on the shelf for years. So we asked Chef Andrew, our executive chef, to create one.He came back with a delicious, Mediterranean-inspired soup that is great to have in the freezer to pull out for a rainy day, when you’re a bit under the weather, or when you just want a great bowl of chicken soup. This soup is packed full of shredded pasture-raised chicken meat as well as the other staple ingredients of a good chicken soup: broccoli, cauliflower, potato, onion, carrot, and celery. The added oregano, lemon, and dill give the dish a very pleasant overall flavor profile.Simply open the packaging, slide the frozen soup into a pot on low-medium heat, and enjoy when it’s warmed up. Simple, nutrient-dense, good for the soul. Enjoy!Ingredients: Free-range shredded chicken, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, Onion, Celery, Leek, Potato, Oregano, Thyme, Parsley, Dill, Lemon juice & zest and Extra virgin olive oilNo MSG, additives, preservatives, processed foods or anything else that's not actually food.

Siamaya Chocolate 85% Coated Cashew 100gr

Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai
available
A completely guilt-free Netflix snack. Why? Just three simple ingredients:- cashews- dark chocolate from Thai cacao grown in the hills outside Chiang Mai- a touch of grass fed milk for texture and sweetness100% whole foods. No added sugar. Compared to the almonds which we coat in the same way, the cashews are a creamier, lighter nut which makes for a very pleasant whole foods snack. Only available on Paleo Robbie.FAQ: Why aren't these coated nuts shiny like the ones you see in candy bags? Turns out commercial chocolate-coated nuts use an artificial-sweetener syrup glazing to become shiny. We don't do that, of course, so these cashews have more of a matte finish.Pro-tip: store them in the fridge - will prevent any melting due to Bangkok heat and they also taste great when chilled.
